Leadership
Founder
Rob Jackson Sr. is a Combat Military Veteran with 24 years of military experience. Throughout his Military career he has served in several roles most notably Human Resources Chief, Automated Logistics Supervisor, and Senior Enlisted Advisor.
Rob Sr. comes from a large family of five boys and one girl of which he is the middle child, and his father was an Over the Road (OTR) truck driver and ordained minister. His mother was a devoted home maker and also ordained minister. A strong foundation of spirituality, family and hard work is evident in how he presents himself in public and in private.
Vision
To build a quality company of leaders that will use this opportunity as a springboard to a better future. This will happen through hard work within the last mile package delivery industry, receiving quality leadership, mentorship and training to acquire newly minted demonstrable resume building skillsets. By promoting within and using his existing and growing network to promote up or out to new heights of career progression.
